Founder

Kris specializes in go-to-market strategy, strategic advisory, partnerships, sales enablement, and fractional sales leadership. He helps growth-focused fintechs enter new markets, build revenue, and scale across Europe and emerging markets.

Kris previously served as Head of Partnerships at PayU, founded Unique Payments, a B2B fintech startup, and is the founder of Fintribe, a fintech community connecting innovators, investors, and professionals.

Simon specializes in risk management, regulatory transformation, and operational resilience.
